Michael Jordan - jordan is without a doubt the best player in nba history. if the game was close and nearing the end, you just knew that jordan was going to take over. he would either make jumper after jumper or find his way to the free throw line and take it over from there. unstoppable.

Bill Russell - russell led the great celtic's dynasty and is quite possibly the best big man in the history of the nba. bill russell had the size, but also the skill to put him all the way up to 2nd on the top ten list of nba greats.

Magic Johnson - magic led showtime in l.a. to multiple championships coached my pat riley. a 6'9" point guard would dominate the smaller defenders down low and blow by larger defenders outside. he was a mismatch.

Wilt Chamberlain - dominating the game as few players in any sport ever have, chamberlain seemed capable of scoring and rebounding at will, despite the double- and triple-teams and constant fouling tactics that opposing teams used to try to shut him down.

Larry Bird - gritty, determined, and a winner. larry bird acquired a reputation of being a cold blooded three point shooter and a player that could drive to the lane and finish. this world champ ranks 5 on our list of the top ten players of all time.

Julius Erving - julius erving is one of the all time greatest players of the nba. known for the originality of his high flying dunks, erving could also knock down jumpers on a consistant basis.

Allen Iverson - during this little guy's nba career, he proved to be the toughest pound for pound player year after year in the league. iverson is one of the greatest players in the history of the nba despite not winning a title. his constant drives the the basket and assists totals made him great.

Oscar Robertson - The Big "O" is one of those names that people bandy about when talking about the greatest player ever to play the game. And deservedly so. He is, in fact, the only player ever to officially average a triple double for an entire season, in 1961-62.

Tim Duncan - this life-long san antonio spur helped the spurs to a dynasty. this big man is a year after year allstar and the pride of virgin islands basketball. time duncan is definately on of the top ten players to ever where an nba jersey.

Shaquille O'Neal - possibly the most dominant player of all time, shaq lead his team to 3 nba titles and also went along for the ride with D-wade and the Miami Heat.
